We've escalated this incident to an outage - an increased number of calls are experiencing increased latency and failure to transcribe. The team is aware of this issue and is working to address this problem ASAP.

Several users have reported degraded performance while using Balto. Degraded performance could result in transcription latency or failure to transcribe a subset of calls for our customers.
